We partner with you to create and manage your church’s social media posts and emails — all tailored to your ministry. We handle the content creation, posting, scheduling, and sending, so your communication stays consistent and connected. Our goal is to be a blessing to you and and your church!
Who do you work with?
We primarily serve churches and ministries of all sizes that want to strengthen communication with their congregation and community.
How involved does our church need to be?
Our goals is to create a partnership. We ask that you complete a simple form once a month so we can curate your social media, emails, and graphics for you.
What are “Touch Points”?
Touch Points are the weekly ways we help your church stay connected — social posts, emails, and graphics designed to engage your members and community.
What if we don’t use email communications?
No worries! If you want to start, we can help get you connected with Constant Contact to begin that process. If you don’t want to, we can substitute your weekly email with an additional social media post.
Can we request specific graphics or announcements?
Yes! You can always submit requests for upcoming events, sermon series, or special communications. Each plan includes tailored graphics and posts that reflect your church’s unique style and schedule.
What if we don’t know what we want posted?
No need to worry! We have tons of ideas and fun ways to promote your Sunday services or upcoming events. We’ll take care of you! Just let us know in your monthly check-in and we can take care of the rest.
Do you follow our branding and voice?
Sort of. Many churches struggle with their communication. That is where we shine. We try to put a modern spin on effective church communication to create informative and eye catching content for your congregation.
What platforms do you post to?
We currently post to Facebook and Instagram, and we send emails through Constant Contact or Mailchimp.
What’s the difference between the Essentials, Growth, and Multiply plans?
Each plan includes a different level of support and frequency of communication — from consistent weekly posts to full partnership with custom strategy sessions.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees. Our subscriptions are month-to-month, so you’re never locked in long-term (but we hope you stick with us long term)
Do you need access to our social media accounts?
Yes — we’ll walk you through secure access so we can schedule and post on your behalf without compromising your account safety.
What if we already have someone posting occasionally?
No problem! We can coordinate with your team to fill in gaps or take over completely. We are here to help!
Can you help with event promotions or sermon slides?
Yes! Depending on your plan, Growth and Multiply plans include tailored graphics each month. You can always request additional graphics and sermon series slides as additional services when needed.
How do we get started?
We try to make things as easy as we can. You can simply choose a plan from our services page and click Subscribe, If your are unsure which plan is best for you, feel free to contact us and we can advise based on your budget and needs.
Do you provide reports or updates?
Sort of. We are a communications company, not marketing. Our hope is that you will see some organic growth with consistent and high quality content posted to your accounts.
How soon will we see content after signing up?
Typically, within the first couple of weeks after onboarding. We like to create content and begin scheduling a month out. When you subscribe, you are paying for the following month’s services (ex. January payment will result in February services) That gives us time to get your church accounts onboarded and begin creating your custom content.
Can we send the posts and graphics back for revision?
If any information is incorrect, we are happy make revisions; however, changes to design elements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
